Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person acting on your behalf, received the order.

- Please note that certain items are fully excluded from the right of withdrawal. This applies if you have broken the seal on goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
- You must send the item back to us or return it to a physical store without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
- When exercising your right of withdrawal, you will be refunded the full purchase amount, including shipping costs.
- You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
- If the item has been handled more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a deduction for diminished value may be made.
How to use our withdrawal function
- Find your order by entering the order number and the email address associated with the order you wish to withdraw from.
- Select return and then choose the reason: “Withdraw purchase”.
- Register the return and select a return method.
- You will receive a confirmation by email.
- You can also access the return registration directly via your order receipt or through “My pages”.
- If you return the item by post, use the shipping option selected when registering the return.
- If you return the item in a physical store, you must present the receipt sent to you by email.
