UPS – Access Standard Point

For delivery to a UPS access point, your order will be available for ten days before being sent back to our warehouse. Unclaimed orders will be charged a fee of 9,95 € to cover the cost of return carriage to our premises. Orders that are unclaimed are normally not covered by the right of cancellation.

UPS – Standard Door-to-Door

Home delivery orders that are not delivered due to a lack of information or communication from a customer concerning the delivery date or time will be charged a fee of 9,95 € to cover the cost of return carriage to our premises. Home delivery orders that are automatically returned to us are normally not covered by the right of cancellation.
